How to find a Beach Home in San Diego County:

Choose a location from the links on your left:: Beachfront property search locations are arranged from north to south along the San Diego County coast. (From Oceanside - just south of Camp Pendleton to Imperial Beach - just north of Mexico.)
Choose the Property Type, Price Range, and Size Requirements:: Suggestion: Start with Property Type and Maximum Price to see what is available at that price level. Coastal Property is expensive. If there is nothing in that price range, you can use the zoom features or drag the map to see how far inland you might have to go to find that price point.
Price vs Location:: Our most expensive beach communities are from Del Mar to La Jolla. The farther you are from Central San Diego, the less expensive beach property tends to be. Our most affordable city-close communities are Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach.
Coastal Close Communities:: Don't overlook neighboring communities. If there is a coastal community that you really love but can't afford to live in, you may want to locate in a nearby area. Drag the map leftward, and explore the possibilities in neighboring communites. Explore!
