The Real Estate Market is cyclical, and we are in the midst of a major market correction. For first time buyers and investors - this is a great opportunity. It's also a wonderful time for move-up buyers with equity in their present homes. If you are in this situation, don't miss this! The typical real estate market cycle is approximately 10 years, so this buyers market is unlikely to happen again soon.
Unformately we don't always get to choose when we must buy or sell. Whatever your circumstances, you will find knowledgeable and professional guidance here.
